Keep Christ in Christmas ● Keep Christ in Christmas ● Keep Christ in Christmas
Our attempt at a Nativity picture.  Sophia & Nicholas were Mary & Joseph,
Michael is the Shepherd, Will, Alex & James are the Wise Men.
We actually attempted to take the photo outside in near 0 degree weather, but
the cold sapped the power out of my battery on the tripod.
I was the Angel, but ended up just being the photographer.

December 2013 - 6 out of 7 people are not crying!

As close as Alex cared to get.

May 2013

Looks like I should update my blog.  Twice a year is what I'm going for here recently!

The first year of "school" at school is coming to a close in a few weeks.  As much as I dreaded sending the kids to school a year ago, I'm very happy with the decision now.  The kids seem pretty well adjusted, they've really learned a lot, their horizons have opened up, they've gotten used to school foods.
I've really enjoyed the extra time school has provided me.  Hope it doesn't sound too selfish, but I am liking this time to myself during the day.  I actually have time to get housework done.  I don't feel as harried as I always used to feel.  I've even taken up some daily exercise!

We just recently had some portraits taken of the kids, so I'll post those soon.

Off to pick up the big kids.
